Culinary Enthusiast and Entrepreneur

Ahmad Al Hamoud

Ahmad Al Hamoud, a culinary enthusiast and entrepreneur, embarked on a unique journey to Indonesia with the intent of sourcing and exporting premium Indonesian products to his home country. However, fate had a different plan for him. Due to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Ahmad found himself extending his stay in Indonesia, and in the process, he fell head over heels in love with the rich and diverse culture of the nation.

With three restaurants in Lebanon and one in Australia, Ahmad’s passion for culinary arts and food innovation became the driving force behind his attraction to Indonesia’s alluring spices—Black Pepper, White Pepper, Chili, Vanilla, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves, and more. These exotic ingredients captivated his senses and sparked a culinary love affair.

In a serendipitous turn of events, Ahmad Al Hamoud decided to join forces with Manna Indonesia Group, giving rise to the creation of Manna Indonesia Kuliner. Under the Manna Indonesia Group flag, he established two distinct restaurant brands, seamlessly blending Middle Eastern exotic flavors with the premium ingredients sourced from Indonesia.

Ahmad’s vision and collaboration with Manna Indonesia Group showcase a harmonious fusion of Middle Eastern culinary excellence and the exceptional quality of Indonesian spices. Through Manna Indonesia Kuliner, he introduces a dining experience that transcends borders, offering a unique and delightful blend of flavors that celebrate the best of both worlds.

As Ahmad continues to weave his culinary magic, Manna Indonesia Kuliner stands as a testament to the power of cultural exchange, culinary innovation, and the shared love for exquisite flavors. Together, Ahmad Al Hamoud and Manna Indonesia Group aim to create a gastronomic journey that not only tantalizes taste buds but also fosters a deeper appreciation for the global tapestry of culinary arts
